Sacred Wheel Center for Grief and Healing

Sacred Wheel Center for Grief and Healing was founded by Cheryl Downey, M.Div., Grief-Healing Practitioner/Shaman, after retiring from a 33-year career guiding those suffering through the grief/losses of illness, dying, death, and other life transitions as a hospital and hospice chaplain. Since 2000 she has trained within a universal shamanism taught by Lynn Andrews and the Sisterhood of the Shields, rooted in ancient knowledge and wisdom kept by women of power around the world. Cheryl provides a safe space to explore the powerful aspects of grief-healing energies with the help of the sacred wheel and other shamanic arts. Cheryl is available for 1:1 or group 60-or 90-minute sessions; packages of multiple sessions; half or day-long workshops; extended retreats; or speaking/educational inservices.
