Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. A warm and soothing energy flows from my hands into the client while laying fully dressed on a massage table. Each Reiki session focuses on you and your needs in a comfortable, relaxing environment. A BioMat is available either with your Reiki session or on its own. I am a Usui Holy Fire Karuna Reiki® Master and a member of the International Center for Reiki Training, founded and run by William Lee Rand. Reiki sessions and classes for Reiki I through Karuna Reiki® Master are available.
